Skyrim, or how to get out of the real life

Got a lot a bad news yesterday, at least I had Skyrim to play to help getting out of the "reality". I just have 2h30 of playtime so far, but it seems that I have done almost nothing except walking around just looking every where and dreaming what it would be to leave in that kind of world. Anyway, I manage to get 2 new achievements, but it seems that I don't care that much about achievements in that game, I just want to play and do as much as I can.
Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Make a smithed item, an enchanted item, and a potion - 10GS
Reach Level 5 - 5GS
